Once you’ve filled out a short project form, we’ll book a call to chat through your business, your goals, and what you’d love your website and brand to achieve.

After our call, I’ll put together a clear, custom proposal for you, including your quote, what’s included, and your suggested project timeline.

If you’re happy to move forward, you’ll receive my contract and deposit invoice to officially secure your slot. From there, we’re ready to grow!

3. Website Design & Feedback

We’ll bring your brand to life with a custom Wix website built around your goals. You’ll have access to your Client Portal to keep everything organised and share feedback easily.

Here’s how we’ll grow it, step by step:

1. Sitemap: We’ll plan out what pages you need and how they connect.

2. Wireframe: I’ll create a simple layout for each page so you can see the flow.

3. Homepage Layout: I’ll design your homepage first, you’ll share feedback to shape the look and feel.

4. Full Draft: I’ll build out your other pages and share a full draft for your final feedback before we launch.

You’ll get a clear Launch Guide with tips for what to do next, plus short, personalised video tutorials so you feel comfortable making edits and updates yourself.

I’ll connect your domain, run a final check, and you’ll have 30 days of support for any small tweaks, so you feel supported as your brand starts to bloom online.

Yes! You’ll get a personalised Launch Guide and tutorial videos so you can easily make updates whenever you need - without need tech or coding skills.
Once your project is booked in, I’ll walk you through everything you need to do to get ready. You’ll receive a client questionnaire and access to your personal Client Portal, where you can easily upload your website content like text, images, and anything else I need to bring your site to life.
Copywriting
You’ll need to provide your own website text. I include prompts in your Client Portal to help guide you.

Legal policies
Privacy, cookie, and terms pages aren’t included, you’ll need to supply your own or use an online generator.
